Ingredients

1 -1 1/2 hrs
4-6 servings
  • 4 Cbroccoli florets
  • 4 Ccauliflower
  • 3 Cbaby carrots
  • I C butter
  • 2 Tminced or powdered garlic
  • 2 Tsalt
  • 2 Tpepper
  • 2 Tparsley flakes

Steps

1 -1 1/2 hrs
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400 or 425 degrees

  2. 2

    Melt butter and spices and pour over the veggies.

  3. 3

    Wash and place veggies in a 9x 13 pan lined with foil

  4. 4

    Cover with extra foil and cook until done about 1 or 1 1 /2 hours.
