Boneless chicken breast, good to cook for an appetizer or as main dish. I used this as main dish that i served with Japanese steam rice and vegies,, so tasty and yummy in my tummy ,,, so i share it for you if interested just recook :)

Ingredients

  1. Marinade :
  2. 2 clovesgarlic (grated)
  3. to tastePepper
  4. 1 teaspoonchicken powder
  5. Ingredient :
  6. Boneless Chicken breast
  7. 3 clovesgarlic (chopped)
  8. 4shallot (chopped)
  9. 1tomato (cut)
  10. 3orange leafs
  11. 2 cmgalangal (smashed)
  12. 2 cmginger (smashed)
  13. 1lemonggrass (smashed)
  14. Indonesian Sweet soy sauce
  15. Tomato Ketchup
  16. White pepper
  17. 1 tbsButter
  18. Water
  19. Chicken powder
  20. 1 teaspoonbrown sugar
  21. Cooking oil
  22. 5red chillies (cut small) - The amount of chilli depends on how spicy you want it to be

Cooking Instructions

    Cut medium chicken and marinade about 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Add cooking oil to a pan and wait until oil is getting hot and fry chicken on medium heat until light golden

  3. 3

    Remove chicken from the pan, and discard almost all the oil,leaving just a bit in the pan

  4. 4

    Add butter wait until melt, put in garlic, chilli,shallot, galangal,ginger, orange leafs, lemonggrass and wait until fragrant. Put the chicken back in the pan and stir it

    Add some water and cook untill chicken really cooked, add sweet soy sauce, tomato ketchup, tomato, pepper, sugar,chicken powder,and stir it

    Stir to coat well the chicken for few minutes untill sauce has thickened.

    Taste it and served immediately with rice,, nom nom :))
