Half the Butternut squash chopped up and boiled also the Tagalitti in another saucepan.

Boil and drain off the tagalitti

Crush the fennel seeds. Then add the Avocado and make a pulse. Add the salt n pepper. Mix all in.

Next add the crushed tomatoes and the Ricotta cheese, Lemon juice.

When the Butternut squash is cooked drain add to a bowl and add the tagalitti mix together. Then add the Avocado mix on top.

Add the grated Cheese on top. And serve warm or cold.
