Take a bowl mix all ingredients together add water and make a soft dough.

Cover with wet water and keep aside for 10 min.

After that roll and get to a long shape and divined into 8 or 9 equal sized balls.
make balls between your palms and roll the dough evenly into circles using rolling pin. roll neither too thin nor thick. - 4
Heat oil in a deep frying pan when the oil is sufficiently hot, add one bhatura and press with the spoon to puff up.
also once they begin to puff, splash oil over the bhatura till they puff completely.
flip over and fry the bhatura till golden brown all over.
then drain the it into tissue paper to remove excess oil. fry all batura same way.
serve bhatura with chole curry.
