Fried potato pocket buns

For the dough: mix in a bowl flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, thyme, oil, 1 egg, water and make a soft dough.

For the fillings: peel the potatoes and diced them.

In a pan, add 2tbsp of oil and sliced onion and fry for 1min. Add the potatoes and allow to cook until its cooked, then add the grounded scotch bonnet.

Add maggi, curry powder, turmeric powder, parsley and green pepper.

Roll the dough and make shape. Add the fillings and cover it with your hand.

Heat oil and fry them.
