Wash and peel the mangoes. Cut it in small pcs.

Take a pan. Add oil to it. Once it is hot. Sim the gas and add jeera, saunf and methi dana. Let it cook in oil. Once it is done add turmeric powder and ke. red chilli powder.

Now add mango pcs to it and let the masala properly coat on mangoes. Cook for 1-2 mins and then add salt and black salt to it.

Then put a cup of water and cover it and let it cook properly.

When mangoes are soft add gud to it and let it dissolve properly. Once it is done cook it till it becomes little thick like chutney.

Switch off the gas and let it cool down. U can store it in fridge for 10-15 days. Enjoy
