Take the lemons cut them put them in the jar add the salt and turmeric and mix. Keep this mixture in the sun for 1 week

Take the Jagger and heat it with some water till it melts. Strain the liquid. Again keep it for boiling.Once then mixture has reached boiling state add the sun dried lemons

While it's boiling add the carrots, dates and the chilli powder

Let it boil. Check if the carrots have cooked.

Out tangy Aachar is ready. Goes well with Khicdi, kadhi, rice.
