15 mins
  • 2 cupswhipping cream powder
  • 1 cupicing sugar
  • I cup of cold water
  • Vanilla essence... Optional

    Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer for 5 minutes

    The consistency will be thick after 5mins

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for 10mins before using

  4. 4

    It can be use to decoration bday cakes,cup cake's,doughnut and small chops...enjoy*
