Red KARAHI
Boil 1 kg mutton
adding 1 tb sp ginger garlic paste
salt to tast, 1tb sp red chilli powder, 1/2 sp turmeric powder
Black peper 1 tsp
until it fully cook and water dry. Now add 1/3 cup oil in it and fry for 7 to 8 min then add 5 big tomatoes chopped and cook well add in
4 green peppers chopped again fry till oil leaves the masala. In last add ginger Julian cut and coriander leaves chopped in it. And charcoal dam Ready.
