Ingredients

  1. Potato
  2. Groundnut oil
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 3large Eggs
  5. Chopped onions
  6. 1chopped garlic
  7. 2fresh chopped pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Place a clean pan and add tree spoons of oil. low the heat of the gas cooker. Break the eggs into the pan. Do not stir or turn.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle salt, add onions, pepper and the garlic and gentle turn to the other side
