Easy and Quick Meatloaf

After watching family and friends make meatloaf, I created my own version. It might seem difficult, but it's actually super practical. Give it a try and experiment! The more you make it, the better it will taste.

After watching family and friends make meatloaf, I created my own version. It might seem difficult, but it's actually super practical. Give it a try and experiment! The more you make it, the better it will taste.

Hard-boil the 5 eggs ahead of time.

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with your choice of seasonings. You can add chopped fresh parsley, oregano, black pepper, and salt. If the mixture seems too wet, add a little rolled oats.

Lay out aluminum foil on your countertop. If it's too narrow, use two sheets side by side.

Spread the seasoned meat mixture evenly over the foil, leaving a 1 1/2 to 2 inch (4 to 5 cm) border around the edges so you can wrap the meatloaf later.

Chop the onion and bell pepper, then sauté them in a skillet.

Place the sautéed onion and bell pepper in a line down the center of the meat mixture.

Add the slices of ham, cheese, and the 5 hard-boiled eggs on top.

Feel free to add other ingredients you like, such as olives, bacon, or slices of cooked carrot—whatever you imagine!

Once the filling is in place, carefully wrap the entire loaf with the aluminum foil, making sure the ends are well sealed so the cheese doesn't leak out when it melts.

Bake in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your preference. Since the meat is wrapped in foil, the outside may look reddish but that doesn't mean it's undercooked. If unsure, open the foil a bit and cut into the loaf to check. If the meat is cooked through, your meatloaf is ready!
