Steps

  1. 1

    Spice up the fish and magrinate,put in the oven to grill for 15minutes.turn underneath to grill as well.

  2. 2

    Wash and cut the vegetables,add the sweet corn stir fry in vegetable oil add salt to taste.fry the plantain in vegetable oil.
