Wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt,carom seeds.

Carom seeds,curd and mix well

Knead well and add 1 tsp oil and put aside.

Cover it with cotton cloth and rest for 20 minutes

Take and boil it for 5 to 6 whistle

Peel the potatoes and mash it smooth

Take the onion,green chilli, lemon,coriander leaves, ginger and garlic

Mint leaves and chop all these

Add black salt,turmeric powder and chat masala

Salt,dry mango powder, green chilli

Ginger,garlic and lemon juice,coriander leaves

Onions, red chilli powder and mix well

Mint leaves and Pomegranate powder,now all ingredients are ready to make kulcha

Take water in a bowl,carom seeds and white sesame

Take all ingredients in front, make a roll of dough and dust the flour

Flatten with your palm, make a ball of stuffing and again dust the flour

Put the ball in flatten dough and and make modak

Heat the twa, flatten the kulcha and put white sesame, coriander leaves and carom seeds inside.next side brush the water nicely

Put it on twa and put it twa like this and roast it in medium flame

Take out from twa,put on plate and rub the butter and serve hot hot amritsari aaloo kulcha.
