  • 1 kggoat matumbo
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 bunchdhania
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Oil to fry

    Wash your matumbo well

    Boil until soft

  3. 3

    In a separate pan, fry onions.

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomatoes and the matumbo

    Add salt to taste and paprika
