8 slices
  • 150 gpizza dough
  • BBQ sauce
  • BBQ spice powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 150 glean beef
  • Onions, diced
  • 2Garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • Oregano powder
  • Mozarella cheese, grated

Steps

  1. 1

    Season your beef with BBQ spice powder, salt, pepper and grill till well done

    Roll out your dough and spread some sauce.

    Spread evenly the BBQ beef pieces, onions and garlic, top with cheese. Sprinkle some oregano and put in the oven

    Remove when the cheese is molten and the crust is golden
