  • 1/4 cupfresh rose petals
  • 1 tbspsoaked chia seeds
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbsphoney/sugar

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend rose petals,adding half glass of water.

  2. 2

    Then add chia seeds, lemon juice & honey/sugar.

  3. 3

    Add more 1/4 glass of water. Chill it. Add the time of serving, add crushed ice in glass & pour chilled cooler & serve.
