If u have small onion u can make with that, cut the onion add salt and turmeric then keep it side at least 1 1/2 hrs.

After that wash it keep it in strainer then in mixing bowl add onion salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, and mustard powder also mix it nicely.

Add 2 tsp oil also, then boil the water and cool it nicely then add in the pickle and fill in jar, after 2 days u can enjoy it. Keep it in refrigerator if u want to store longer.
