Steps

Heat the olive oil in the pan and then add in the sliced red onion and red bell pepper

Once the onions and peppers are almost soft, add in the lentils

Mix in the tinned tomatoes and vegetable/beef stock
- 4
Add in all the seasonings and then leave to simmer until the lentils are soft
- 5
Serve up once cooked
