Banana groundnut cake with buttercream

Pre-heat your oven as for those using jiko oven preheat 10 minutes prior baking

Sieve flour set aside then cream magerine and sugar to a fine texture

Add eggs one by one while stirring then add flour, milk and ur njugu to the creamy mixture, stir till mixture is consistent

Mash the ripe bananas add baking soda and if u have coconut powder also add into the mashed bananas

Add the banana mixture to the other flour mixture and stir,put the mixture to a baking tin and bake for 30 minutes

Buttercream use 200g magerine, 400g icing sugar,i coloured mine pink
