Ingredients

  • 1 kgbeef boneless
  • Halfkg chana ki daal
  • 10-12green chillies
  • 8-10red button chillies
  • 8-10 clovesgarlic
  • 1 inchginger
  • 2-3Cardomn
  • 1Cinammon stick
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspblack pepper corn
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • 1onion
  • 2medium potatoes
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 bunchHara dhania

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot add all the ingredients except potatoes

    Add water and cook until half done.add potatoes

    When completely done and all water dries take out bay leaf and mash it,or grind it or either use sill pather

    Add dhania and make kababs. Dip in egg znd deep fry it
