Ingredients

  • 4-5German Chillies
  • Happy Cow Cheese or spread cheese........ 3 triangles
  • Salt pepper
  • Green chillies 2 chopped
  • 1/4 tspKashmiri chilli powder
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • 1/4 cupAll purpose flour
  • 1 cupBread crumbs
  • Oil for deep fry
  • 1/4 tspChicken powder
  • 3 tbspWater
  • 1/4 cupMozerrella cheese

  1. 1

    Instructions:
    *Make stuff by adding cheeses, seasonings and green chillies..
    *Mix Flour, Cornflour, Salt pepper, Chicken Powder, And Make Thick but runny baiter with help of water..
    *Slit green chillies from middle..
    *stuff with filling we made before..
    *coat in Flour coating
    * and then in breadcrumbs.
    * chill for half an hour in freezer
    * and deep fry..
    *serve with garlic chilli sauce or mayo dip
