Steps

Cook the stockfish with onion,seasoning cubes and salt.

Wash and slice the vegetables ugu and waterleaves wash very well with enough water and salt.

Bleach oil and fry onion a bit,waterleaves is next allow it untill the water reduces.

Pepper,crayfish,salt,seasoning cubes.stir and allow to cook very well.

Finally is the ugu and stir simmer a bit and is done.serve with fresh fufu
