Take Mangoes and peel it off.

Cut these peeled off mangoes. And put it in the pressure cooker. Add one glass of water and give it 4-5 whistles.

Let the pressure cooker cool down.

Mean while take a pan. Put it on medium flame. Add sugar with 1 cup of water. And boil it only till the sugar dissolves completely. We don’t need to make the sugar syrup. It take hardly 2-3 minutes. Let it cool down.

Now open the cooker and blend the boiled mangoes. Make a fine paste.

Pass this paste through the strainer to get rid of any mango fiber.

Now keep on adding sugar water to get required consistency.

Your homemade mango frooti is ready. Keep it in the refrigerator to get it chilled. ENJOY!!
