Boil the penne and put it aside

Lower the heat and Add the heavy cream, milk and flour dissolved in. Add the species salt, pepper, cumin,paprika,chili powder and lemon

Cover untill well-done then add the pasta for 5 minutes and put the cheddar and parsely over then Serve
