Procedure:- Set water to boil and add spaghetti, add a little oil and salt to taste. Allow to cook until soft, then strain with a basket and set aside.

Slice all vegetables, sausages and set aside, heat up oil and and onions, stir and add chicken fillets, allow to cook on low heat whilst stirring occasionally for about 8 minutes, add sliced sausages and stir then add tomatoes and pepper, stir and fry for 3 minutes, at this point you can add seasoning cubes, oregano and corriander, stir fry for a minute and add Spaghetti, stirring gently, taste for salt and cover the pot, steam cook for 3 minutes and turn off heat.
