Wash and cut the meat in to cubes add your spices listed in the ingredients and seasoning cube,grated onions,chilly flakes,veg oil. Mix all thoroughly and keep for an hour in fridge

Bring it out n fry till tender,add little water to cook for 10min till d water is well absorbed

Use ur skewers to assemble as seen in the picture,and combine the remaining chilly flakes,seasoning cube and kuli mix all,and sprinkle oil on the beef and grill. As u r grilling u will b adding d mixed kuli all over it n b turning till well grilled n golden brown. Enjoy
