Steps

Keep dough ingredients ready. Mix flour amd yeast. In a seperate bowl mix water, oil, sugar, salt, egg and milk powder. Mix well the add flour.

Knead to a soft dough. cover and leave to poof for notore than 20 mins. While it is poofing prepare the filling.

In a pan heat oil add onions and saute till translucent. Add ginger/garlic paste amd green chillies. saute for 2-3 mins.

Add the salt, cornflour, blackpepper and cumin seeds to the milk, mix well and pour the mixture in the pan of onions. Mix well till thick then add chicken. Cook till mixture is dry.

The mixture should look like this.

The dough should hav doubled in size. Cut a part of it and roll it out lengthwise.

Place ur chicken mixture on the edge of one side. Apply water and close. Take a sharp knife and make slits on the remaining rolled part.

Now continue rolling till the end. Cut required size and keep on a tray. Let them rise.

Once risen apply egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 150° for 25 mins.

Once done remove and cover with a cloth to keep them soft. Enjoy them hot with a cup of tea. They can also ve frozen for future use.
