1/2 cupAll purpose flour
2 tbssugar
Pinchsalt
1/2 cup +2 tbs milk
1Egg
1 tbsmelted butter

In a blender jug, add in all the ingredients i.e: milk, all purpose flour, sugar, salt and egg. Blend the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes.

Brush frying pan with oil and pour 1/3 cup of the prepared batter. Spread evenly and cook each side for 30 seconds.
