Instant raw mango chilli pickle

First wash raw mango and green chilli then wipe with a clean cloth

Then chopped raw mango in cubes and green chilli slit then spice it mix up with turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,fennel seed and asafoetida

Heat a pan add oil after that add mustard seed after crackle of mustard seed add curry leaves then add spiced mango and chilli saute for 30 sec mix all over then switch off the flame

Then keep it aside for set 4 to 5 hour then keep in a air tight container in a refrigerator can be use 8-10 days
