Put the pork in a bowl and add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and chilli paste. I used about 2 teaspoons of chilli paste but it's personal choice as I like it spicy. Allow to season for at least an hour, preferably 4 hours.

Heat a griddle pan over a medium/high heat and spray with frylite or brush olive oil on the griddle pan and cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until the pork is cooked through.

Serve immediately.
