Red meat caught on fire with subtle notes of pepper, blue cheese, wine and schallots.

Cut schallots in the length, place them in the frying pan with water until it boils.

Cut thin slices of garlic

Slightly cut the meat
- 4
Keep the schallots in a plate, melt some butter and bring the garlic
- 5
Heat the schallots, add a nut of blue cheese and then wine, finally, place the meat again.

Ready to eat!
