30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash clean your sweet potatoes

    Place in a sauce pan with salty water and cover with a nylon bag. Cover again with a lid and let simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.

    Check, using a fork, if well done. If yes, remove from heat and serve... hot or cooled
