  • 10 slicesbread
  • 100 gsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 2 table spoonbutter
  • 1 spoonvanilla extract
  • 250 mlmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut out the brown ends of the bread.

  2. 2

    Grind the bread in mixie. It should not be too fine.

    Now add melted butter, egg, Sugar, vanilla extract milk and whisk it well.

  4. 4

    Now add the bread crumbs into it.

  5. 5

    Keep this mixture aside, and start to do caramel

  6. 6

    Take some sugar in a pan and add some water,Keep cooking until the colour changes to brown

  7. 7

    Take a new bowl, and coat the base with caramel. Slowly add the bread mixture into it.

  8. 8

    Note: add the bread mixture Very slowly. Otherwise caramel will be pushed aside!

  9. 9

    Keep the bowl in a idli Cooker or a pressure cooker (without weight) for 36minutes

  10. 10

    After 36 mins, pudding is ready to be served! It can be served hot or chill
