Ingredients

5-6 servings
  • 1/2 packetspeghities
  • 1/2 packetmacaronies
  • 4potatoes
  • 2large tomatoes
  • 750 gboiled chicken (shredded)
  • 7-8 clovesgarlic
  • 1large onion
  • 1/2 cupsoya sauce
  • 1/2 cupchilli sauce
  • 2 tbsvinegar
  • 3-4 tbsoil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil macaronies and speghites, rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make fries with potatoes and set aside.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil and add garlic and onion & saute.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and cook until they become soft.

  5. 5

    Add shredded chicken and fries.

  6. 6

    Add salt, pepper, vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce.

  7. 7

    Give this a good mix.

  8. 8

    Add boiled speghities & macaronies & mix well.
