Ingredients

  1. 4 leaveslettuce, coarsely chopped
  2. 2 leavesred cabbage, chopped
  3. 2 leaveswhite cabbage, chopped
  4. 3cucumbers, sliced into half circles
  5. 2tomatoes, diced into large cubes
  6. 1/4 bunchparsley, coarsely chopped
  7. Leavesfrom 3 sprigs of fresh mint
  8. 1carrot, thinly sliced into half circles or grated, as desired
  9. 2green onions, chopped
  10. 1green bell pepper, coarsely diced
  11. Fried or toasted bread
  12. 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  13. Juice of 1 lemon, or to taste
  14. 1 pinchsumac
  15. 2 tablespoonspomegranate molasses
  16. Salt, to taste

Steps

    Mix the vegetables in a bowl.
