Ingredients

  • 4 leaveslettuce, coarsely chopped
  • 2 leavesred cabbage, chopped
  • 2 leaveswhite cabbage, chopped
  • 3cucumbers, sliced into half circles
  • 2tomatoes, diced into large cubes
  • 1/4 bunchparsley, coarsely chopped
  • Leavesfrom 3 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1carrot, thinly sliced into half circles or grated, as desired
  • 2green onions, chopped
  • 1green bell pepper, coarsely diced
  • Fried or toasted bread
  • 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon, or to taste
  • 1 pinchsumac
  • 2 tablespoonspomegranate molasses
  • Salt, to taste

Steps

    Mix the vegetables in a bowl.
