Poha with mixed fruit fusion raita

Clean the flattened rice/poha with water properly & then put 1.5 cup water in the poha. Let the poha to soak the water.

Meanwhile chop the dates, cashew nuts & cut the bananas into pieces as shown in the photo.

When the poha has soaked all the water, put 1 cup sweet curd, 1 teaspoon sugar in it & mix well. Then add the banana pieces, chopped dates, cashew nuts & 1 table spoon orange syrup. Mix all the fruits & orange syrup well before eating & your healthy Poha with mixed fruit fusion Raita is ready to serve! Garnish it with dry fruits, bananas or with orange syrup.
