Cut the chicken into pieces

In a pan put 2 TBD cooking oil and put the chicken.let it brown on both sides

Keep aside

In the same pan add onion and garlic let it cook but not golden brown

Minimize the heat to low. Add peanut butter and let it melt
- 6
Add hot water and stir.now put the chicken pieces and let them simmer for about 4 minutes

Serve with your favorite food. I served with turmeric rice and salsa
