Ingredients

  1. 125 gmtamarind pulp
  2. 3 tbspmint leaves
  3. 1/2 tspground cumin
  4. 50 gmjaggery, grated
  5. 4 tspblack salt
  6. 3-4 tbsplemon juice
  7. 1 tbspginger; grated
  8. 1 pinchchilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  10. 1/2 litrewater

Steps

  1. 1

    For the ja jeera, add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend it together

    Strain it with a strainer and then add some more water.

    Put some ice cubes.

    Garnish the drink with some dried mint powder or you can add some boondies on the top and serve this cool cool iced jaljeera....
