  • For gulab jamun balls :
  • 1 cupNido
  • 1 table spoonMaida
  • 1 table spoonSuji
  • 1Egg
  • 1 tea spoonBp
  • 1 table spoonButter
  • 1 table spoonOil
  • Sheera :
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 3 cupWater
  • Oil for frying :

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except sugar and water. Make small balls.

    Fry these balls on medium flame.

    Make sheera with sugar and water.

    Not thick sheera, just 5 minutes boiling of sugar and water.

  5. 5

    Add balls in this boiling sheera.

    Let it boil for 5 minutes.

    Now cover it with low flame for 2 minutes.

  8. 8

    Now let it cover without flame for 2 minutes.

  9. 9

    Gulab jamun are ready.
