Boil the milk and make a green colour solution in milk.add saffron.

Add green colour and let it be boil,for not burn continuously stirring

Chopped the pistachios and ready the glasses for kulfi.

Add milk powder and boil it again.

Now add pistachios.

Let it be cool in room temperature and pour slowly into the glasses with spoon.

Cover it with aluminum foil cut the top with knife and put the kulfi sticks.

Put in to the freezer for 3 to 4 hrs.after 4 hr.tske the kulfi.put the glasses in warm water and slowly take out the kulfi from glass.

Garnish with pistachios and beat the summer.
