Peel your potatoes and clean them well

Chop your onion in sufuria. Add oil and fry to attain golden yellow color

Add your finely chopped coriander, tomatoes, green pepper and gritted carrots. Coved and simmer for 2 minutes

Add your potatoes and cook for 3 minutes in a medium heat. Then add your githeri. Mix them well and cover for 2.minutes

Add a little water to help them cook well and serve while hot
