In a mixer or blender take all the ingredients except oil blend till smooth.

You just blend till you get a smooth consistency

Now pour the batter in a bowl and allow to rest for 15 minutes.

Heat appe pan add 1/2 tsp oil/ghee in each mould.

With a spoon pour the batter till 3/4 or more each mould..Keep the flame to low or medium and cook appams.

Cover the pan with a lid with a bamboo stick or skewer turn over the appams.

Cook all of them till crisp and golden. Serve the appam hot or warm.

You can store them in an airtight box or container in the fridge.
