Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cupsRice flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspoon Turmeric
  • Ground nut chutney:
  • 1 cupGround nut
  • 4-5Small onion /shallots
  • 1(optional) Dry red chilli
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix rice flour with salt and Turmeric powder and add hot water and make a dough

  2. 2

    Make rottis like spreading chapathi.while spreading rotti dust with rice flour first.

  3. 3

    Keep a pan and cook the rotis same like Chapathi and finally apply ghee on roti.

  4. 4

    Add the ground nuts into a pan and keep stirring till it turns golden brown.once it turns to brown colour switch off the flame.

  5. 5

    Let it cool and press with Ur palm to remove the skin.

  6. 6

    Add ground nuts, shallots, dry red chilli,salt and grind to a paste by adding water little by little.consistency can be thick or semi solid to our liking..

  7. 7

    Transfer to a bowl and serve with rottis.
