Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 kgChicken
  2. 3 SpoonRed chilli powder
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/4 tspoonTurmeric powder
  5. 3 spoonGinger and garlic paste
  6. 4 SpoonCurd
  7. few dropsFood Colour optional
  8. As neededOil for deep frying
  9. 1Lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Except oil add all the above ingredients to chicken and marinate for 45 -60 minutes.

  2. 2

    Keep a pan add oil.once the oil is ready add the chicken pieces and deep fry it.

  3. 3

    Squeeze lemon on the fried chicken and serve hot
