1/2 kgChicken
3 SpoonRed chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1/4 tspoonTurmeric powder
3 spoonGinger and garlic paste
4 SpoonCurd
few dropsFood Colour optional
As neededOil for deep frying
1Lemon

Steps

Except oil add all the above ingredients to chicken and marinate for 45 -60 minutes.

Keep a pan add oil.once the oil is ready add the chicken pieces and deep fry it.

Squeeze lemon on the fried chicken and serve hot
