Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 kgChicken
  • 3 SpoonRed chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspoonTurmeric powder
  • 3 spoonGinger and garlic paste
  • 4 SpoonCurd
  • few dropsFood Colour optional
  • As neededOil for deep frying
  • 1Lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Except oil add all the above ingredients to chicken and marinate for 45 -60 minutes.

  2. 2

    Keep a pan add oil.once the oil is ready add the chicken pieces and deep fry it.

  3. 3

    Squeeze lemon on the fried chicken and serve hot
