  • 1 packcherry tomato
  • 75 mlbalsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoonsbrown sugar/syrup
  • 2 tablespoonsalt

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pot or sauce pan add the salt, vinegar and sugar. Rise the heat to medium and dissolve all the ingredients

    Add in the tomato and cover until it starts boiling. Lower the heat and when the skin of the tomato starts to peel, they're ready. Beware of the smell, balsamic vinegar when it starts to boil, STINKS! try open a window when making this.

    Remove from the pan and serve immediately
