Crispy Karela roundels

Wash karela and cut them in thin roundels.

Now add little salt and haldi to roundels and keep it for 15 mins.

Heat oil.Add jeera and mustard seeds and heeng.Then add karela roundels. Add haldi and salt as required.Stir and cook covered till turns soft. Open and add red Chilli powder,dhaniya and now cook open till they turn crispy on low flame.Keep the flame low or karela will turn black.

Your crispy karela is ready to serve.
