Mix curd, Sooji, salt, jeera and give a good mix. Then add water to make smooth batter. Add baking soda, mix well and rest for 10 min.

Chop onion finely. Mix coriander, green chilli, salt and saambhar powder.

Heat non stick pan. Put some drops of oil and pour batter on it making round shape. Sprinkle onion masala on it.

Cook for 2 min then turn upside down and cook from other side.

Cook till done and your uttapam is ready. Serve it with coconut chutney, green chutney or tomato ketchup.
