Ingredients

  • 250 gmschicken mince
  • 1 tbspgarlic chopped
  • 3 tbspcarrot finely chopped
  • 3 tbspspring onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbspginger finely chopped
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbspoyster sauce
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 1 tsppepper powder
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupalmonds (blanched) chopped
  • as neededOil (for greasing)

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the chicken mince in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients except almonds and divided into equal-sized balls.

  3. 3

    Roll these balls in the blanched and chopped almonds and carefully place these small balls on a greased plate.

  4. 4

    Get the steamer ready and steam these on high heat for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Remove and serve the momos hot.
