Wash the omena in hot water and drain the water

Heat oil when it's hot add the omenas. Let's them cook

Add garlic and stir.add onion and stir always carefully to avoid breaking.

After 2 minutes add tomatoes and let them cook till cooked. Add water if it's almost burning.

Add coconut milk and leave for 3 minutes garnish with coriander and remove from fire
